Overcoming barriers

Language- by getting a translator you can overcome language because the translator can speak for you. Meaning communication is still there between both workers.

Opinions- by having different opinions you should have a 3^rd person this makes sure the majority has the right view. The 3^rd person should be a complete outsider so there is no bias within the final decision.

Distractions- you can get rid of distractions by taking away the thing that distracts you such as if a mobile are a distraction just takes it away. Imply rules so the workers get punished if they do wrong.
